返品
Siyagems.comからご購入の場合、返品や返金は簡単です。
当社のポリシーは30日間有効です。配達後15日以内であれば返金をご請求いただけます。配達後21日を過ぎた場合は、残念ながら返金または交換はできません。*
※化学物質との接触によりリングの色が変化した場合、製品は返品できません。
※お客様の責任で破損した石材や金属は返品できません。
* 返品・返金をご希望の場合は、配達後 21 日以内に siyagemsandjewellery@gmail.com までメールでご連絡ください。
* カスタムまたはパーソナライズされた注文は、注文に基づいて特別に作成されるため、返品または交換はできません。
返品をお受けするには、商品が未使用で、お受け取り時と同じ状態である必要があります。また、元の梱包のままでなければなりません。
払い戻し（該当する場合）
返品商品が受領され、検査が完了した後、返品商品を受領したことをお知らせするメールをお送りします。また、返金の承認または却下についてもご連絡いたします。
承認されると、払い戻しが処理され、一定の日数以内にクレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に自動的にクレジットが適用されます。
払い戻しの遅延または未払い（該当する場合）
まだ払い戻しを受け取っていない場合は、まず銀行口座をもう一度確認してください。
その後、クレジットカード会社に連絡してください。払い戻しが正式に反映されるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。
次に、銀行に連絡してください。払い戻しが反映されるまでには、ある程度の処理時間がかかることがよくあります。
これらすべてを行ってもまだ払い戻しを受け取っていない場合は、 siyagemsandjewellery@gmail.com
セール品（該当する場合）
通常価格の商品のみ返金可能です。残念ながら、セール品は返金できません。
交換（該当する場合）
不良品または破損品の場合のみ、交換いたします。同じ商品と交換をご希望の場合は、 siyagemsandjewellery@gmail.comまでメールでご連絡いただき、メールでお知らせする住所に商品をお送りください。
贈り物
ご購入時にギフトとしてマークされ、直接お客様に発送された商品は、返品された商品金額相当のギフトクレジットを進呈いたします。返品商品が受領され次第、ギフト券を郵送いたします。
購入時に商品がギフトとしてマークされていなかった場合、またはギフトの贈り主が注文を自分宛に発送して後でお客様に贈っていた場合、当社はギフトの贈り主に返金し、贈り主はお客様の返品について知ることになります。
配送
製品を返品するには、 siyagems.comが指定した住所に製品を郵送してください（ ジュエリーやモアッサナイト、その他の宝石を返送する前に、 siyagemsandjewellery@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
商品を返品する際の送料はお客様のご負担となります。送料は返金できません。返金を受ける場合、返送料は返金額から差し引かれます。
お住まいの地域によっては、交換品が届くまでにかかる時間が異なる場合があります。
200ドルを超える商品を発送される場合は、追跡可能な配送サービスをご利用いただくか、配送保険に加入することをご検討ください。返品された商品が確実に届くことを保証するものではありません。
